Domain Registration
Domains can be registered in Real-Time with the API AddDomain command.

Domain Transfer
The losing registrar has to inititate the transfer to push the domain to the gaining (new) registrar. The gaining registrar has to be aware of the planned domain transfer. Hence the transfer has to be requested with the API TransferDomain command.

Delete Domain
Domains can be deleted with the API DeleteDomain command.
There is no Deletion Restorable Period
and no Deletion Hold Period. Deleted domain names will be available for new registrations immediately.

Restores are not possible.

Ownerchange
An Ownerchange is free of charge and can be done with the API ModifyDomain command.The owner receives an e-Mail from the registry in order to confirm the ownerchange request.

Transfer procedure
To transfer a .IS domain name, administrative, technical and billing contact need to be changed to the gaining registrar's contact handle. The registrar handle for 1API / HEXONET is "AG241-IS". As soon as this has been set at the losing registrar, HEXONET is able to manage the respective .IS domain name.
